I dont care what anyone says, she is a top 3 halarious character. After watching the DOUG CANT DANCE episode for about the 100th time, I've realized that this character has too muc potential haha. Why was she so dreary in the original episodes? Was it Disney's Doug that made her the mayor of bluffington? I thought that was some stupid shit because then she gets out of her 5 year menstral cycle and becomes nice.
